These are my absolute favorite hair ties. I've always struggled with "mainstream" ones because they wouldn't stretch enough for my thick hair or stretched too much and broke. These keep my hair half up or all the way up, in braids and ponytails and messy buns (my hair has been both very long and short this year) and stay secure during all activities like working out, biking, and surfing (with falls you would not expect a hair tie to stay at the end of a braid - I wore the same one in the water all summer and it's still as good as new!). They are comfortable to keep handy on my wrist. And the colors are great. Seriously, it's such a silly, simple thing, but I love them so much.
I really enjoy these plastic free hair ties. They wrap around my hair nicely and when I’m not using them, fit comfortably on my wrist without digging in. I got these hair ties as an 8th birthday present! I am now 15 and these are still my go to favourite elastics!! They are so durable and easy on my hair, and I even wear multiple on my wrist as handy bracelets/hair elastics! Love that these are zero plastic! I have been using these for several years and would never use another brand. One tie usually lasts around six months so they are cheaper in the long run. Totally worth it for the environment and the price. Fun colours too!
These work great and last a loooong time. Cheaper in the long run as one hair tie typically lasts me over 6 months. I work outside and am constantly swapping my Akubra for a helmet so they're durable and live up to my rugged nature.
These are great hairties. The colors are slightly more muted in person, which I think is an even better match for my blonde hair. I have thick hair, so I can only get the hairtie around my ponytail twice, and it's tight when I do. They're also too small to wear around your wrist.
My go to hair elastics. I’ve never snapped one, and they don’t snag. They rarely slip out of my hair. They do stretch out over time, but then you just loop them around an extra time.

KooShoo hair ties are the bomb. I have long hair which I often have tied back in a pony tail when I go for a run or bike ride. Since using KooShoo, my hair has way fewer split ends, and is sleeker and smoother than ever. They don't tug or pull at my hair and the colors are so cool - I often wear one on my wrist so I can tie my hair up whenever I need to. I have given some to my kids and grandkids too. Honestly, they are the best.
A friend turned me on to Kooshoo hair ties and I'm a big fan. I love that they're plastic-free, come in lots of colors, and double as a casual wrist accessory. They hold my thick, curly hair in place and are comfortable to wear, even doubled-up. I have noticed that bands in some colors tend to stretch out faster than others but it's not a huge concern.
