Because you want your products shipped sustainably and super quickly, read on to find out how much it will cost and how long it will take to get them from the air into your hair!

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of $38 or more in the USA, Canada, and Australia. For all other orders, a flat rate shipping fee applies. 

  • USA - $6.95 USD
  • Canada - $16 CDN
  • Australia - $16 AUD
  • Countries not listed above - $20 (USD) 

We know these shipping prices are high but it's just the cost of shipping with tracking in our world today. This is why if you're in the USA, Canada, or Australia we encourage you to hit that free shipping threshold as that's the point we're able to subsidize the shipping for you. Thank you for your understanding and support of our small business. 

Where do you ship from? 

We work with plastic-free warehouse partners in the following hubs around the world to store and ship our products:

  • Idaho, USA
  • Ontario, Canada
  • Sydney, Australia

If you live in the USA, Canada, or Australia, your order will ship from within your country or region. Occasional exceptions will apply. If you are shipping to a location not included in the list above, your order will ship from our US warehouse and duties may apply. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our goal is to get you your KOOSHOO products as quickly as possible. For this reason, we store our products in warehouses around the world, to help minimize shipping times and distance. All warehouses ship 100% plastic-free. Even the tape is made of paper!

Please keep in mind the shipping times listed below are estimates provided by our delivery partners and variables outside of our control, including weather and holiday backlogs, may cause delays. 

THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (USA):

Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days
Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days

CANADA:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 10 business days 

AUSTRALIA:

Standard Shipping: 3 to 12 business days 

INTERNATIONAL (Countries not listed above):

Standard Shipping: 7 to 21 business days 

*Please Note: International orders may be subject to duties and import taxes, especially on higher value orders. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do our best to choose shipping options that minimize these charges but ultimately, they are levied at a country level and outside of our control. 

Will my order ship plastic-free?

Yes. We work with warehouse partners around the world that are committed to environmentally responsible practices. Every one of our warehouse partners (USA, Canada, Australia) ships 100% plastic-free on all KOOSHOO orders. 

We use FSC certified recycled paper shipping envelopes for most shipments. If you place a larger order, we may choose to ship that order in a recycled-content box and will use paper-based tape to seal it. 

We are proud to ship plastic-free.
