We Stand In Solidarity with the Black Community❤️
“We are now faced with the facts that tomorrow is today. We are confronted with the fierce urgency of now.”
– Martin Luther King Jr
KOOSHOO stands in solidarity with the Black community. As an eco-conscious brand, it is our duty to support the planet and everyone that lives within in. The death of George Floyd has left many feeling hurt, shocked, and furious—causing protests all over the world. It’s time to take a stand for our BIPOC. No one should ever feel like their lives don’t matter.
How can we stay comfortable in silence knowing a group of people are hurting?
We can’t.
Racism is real, it’s still happening today and it might still happen tomorrow. But what we can do right now is take action. We need all of our KOOSHOO supporters to take a stand with our black community today. This is a call for action—one that is long overdue.
These issues may not affect you personally, however we must find enough compassion in our hearts to be empathic about other people’s struggles. We have put together links to resources, petitions, fundraisers, and educational material. If you are able to, please donate. Your contribution to this cause, whether through donating, signing, or learning is crucial for ending the fight against racism.
