The majority of our team are women, many of whom are also mothers, and we believe in supporting the whole person. We recognize the balance between work, family, and personal growth, and we’ve created a workplace that honors that. This commitment extends to our supply chain as well, where we partner with Fairtrade facilities run by nuns in India to ensure women are treated fairly and with dignity.

Our Fairtrade-certified cut & sew facility is owned and operated by nuns who create our products in a bright, uplifting workspace (read all about how our hair ties are made here). But their impact goes far beyond craftsmanship. Profits from their work fund life-changing humanitarian projects, from cancer treatment centres to leprosy care, helping those who need it most.
